TUFTING - (18" to 20" width X 4 to 5 ft. for regular sample)

5/64" loop graphics with enhanced and pattern capabilities (six servo yarn feeds on each side) - $80.00/sample for regular graphics or $120.00/sample for servo patterns. (Available for 5/32" Ga. on some yarns)

1/10" cut graphics -- total servo controls $80.00/sample (available for 1/5 Ga.)

1/10" loop graphics with enhanced and pattern capabilities (five servo yarn feeds each side) - $80.00/sample for regular graphics or $110.00/sample for servo patterns.

1/8" cut/uncut with two servo yarn feeds on loop side - $110.00/sample (2x2 needles) or $125.00/sample other than 2x2 (including patterning on loop pile).

1/8" loop graphics with two servo yarn feeds on each side - $80.00 for regular graphics sample or $110.00 for servo patterns (Available for 1/4 Ga. on some yarns).

1/8" cut graphics with servo needle bar shifters - $80.00 for regular graphics sample (available for 1/4 Ga. on some yarns).

Extras

	Super lengths or requiring more than one blow-in creel add $50.00.
	Special maximum lengths from one creel (6 to 15 ft. when possible) add $30.00
	Color blankets over three per width add $25.00/carpet color
	Tufting from a creel is available at the rate of $80.00/hr. (3 hour minimum - within reason)
	Each specification change per sample - $10.00/change
	Yarns very difficult to tuft billed at $80.00/hr. (with customer approval)

SHEARING - up to 40" width (Pricing on fabrics tufted outside of T.P.F.)

	Soft shearing $3.00 / ft. ($15.00 min charge) - (1 to 2 passes)
	Shearing over tufts $4.00/ft. ($30.00 min. charge) - (3 or 4 passes)

COATING (including shear on fabric tufted at T.P.F.) - with 13 pick secondary up to 36" width

	Finishing / regular sample (5ft. or less) at $15.00
	Finishing / 5ft(minimum) to 200ft at $3.00/ft.
	Finishing 201 to any length at $2.40/ft.
	Hand Coating, large rugs by quote.
	Wide dye strikes $18.00 (Less than 5ft.) - Wide (Tapistron) - $4.00/ft. ($20.00 minimum)

SPECIAL SERVICES

	Pick-up and delivery within 25 miles - no charge
	Simple use of design computer - no charge
	Original or complicated designs priced by quote
	Technical assistance with broad width set-up $80.00/hr. + expenses
	Product development on any tufting machine at $80.00/hr. or regular sample fee (whichever is greater within reason)
